Our discussion topic is "Role of US Military in Complex Humanitarian Emergencies: Recent Experience in Afghanistan", which will be led by Dr. Timur Durrani MD, MPH, MBA. Timur completed UCLA Family Practice Residency in 2007 and recently served as a Senior Public Health Analyst, Combined Joint Task Force, Civil Military Operations Center, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, from Oct 2008 to Aug 2009.
